Frequently asked questions
Can I connect Teamfluence to Lemlist, HeyReach, or other outreach tools?
Yes, via webhooks. Once a signal is qualified, you fire it to any tool that accepts a webhook — including outreach platforms. GTM Unlimited is built for exactly this kind of multi-tool stack.
Can I get Slack notifications for new ICP-matched leads?
Yes. Slack is a native integration. You can configure notifications at the workspace level or route alerts to specific channels. For example, one channel per sales rep, or one channel for all ICP matches above a certain score.
Can I manage multiple workspaces from one login?
Enterprise plans support multiple workspaces under one account with admin and reporting seats. For smaller agency setups, workspaces are managed separately. Reach out to discuss if you're running 5+ client workspaces.
Can different team members see each other's signals?
Yes. Signal capture is team-wide. The whole workspace sees all signals from all connected team members. That's the core of the team approach: coordinated visibility, not siloed individual feeds.
Do I need a separate subscription for each client?
Yes — each client gets their own workspace. GTM Unlimited at €199/workspace/month is the most cost-effective structure for agencies managing several clients at once.
Do I need to install a browser extension?
Yes. Teamfluence uses a browser extension to capture LinkedIn signals from your team members' profiles. It takes about two minutes to install per person.

Do you offer annual billing?
Enterprise plans can be billed annually with monthly payments. Other plans are billed monthly. Contact us if you need flexible invoicing terms.
Does it work with Clay?
Yes. You send qualified signals to a Clay table via webhook. From there, Clay handles enrichment or sequencing however you've set it up. GTM Unlimited is the plan designed for this kind of stack-integrated workflow.
How do I define my ICP?
Inside the platform, you set persona criteria (job titles, seniority, roles) and company criteria (industry, size, location). The AI qualification engine uses those rules to score every incoming signal automatically.
How does Teamfluence work for agencies managing multiple clients?
With our Agency option, you get a workspace per client, each with its own ICP configuration, signal capture, and workflow logic. Signals stay separate. Clients don't bleed into each other.
How does the HubSpot integration work?
When a signal comes in and meets your workflow criteria, Teamfluence can automatically create or update a contact in HubSpot, including enriched data (email, phone, company info). No manual data entry.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are up and running within a day. You connect your LinkedIn accounts, set your ICP criteria, and signals start flowing. No engineering required.
How many people can I add to a workspace?
Economy supports up to 10 team members. Business and GTM Unlimited have no seat limits. Enterprise offers custom configurations.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can start a trial to see how the platform works before committing to a paid plan. No credit card required to start.
Is there a limit on how many contacts we can track in our workspace?
Each user can track up to 60 profiles individually. However, there’s no overall limit at the workspace level - so the more users you add to your workspace, the greater your total tracking capacity.
Is there a limit to how many networking campaigns I can run?
You can run unlimited campaigns, but each user is limited by the number of LinkedIn connection invites per day, which is defined by your plan and LinkedIn’s usage restrictions.
What can workflows do?
Workflows are "if this, then that" automations. A signal comes in, meets a condition, triggers an action — send a Slack alert, create a HubSpot contact, fire a webhook to Clay, send a connection request. You set the rules; the platform executes them.
What data fields are included in a webhook payload?
Standard fields include name, LinkedIn URL, job title, company, signal type, signal date, ICP match status, and engagement score. Enriched payloads (when enrichment is triggered) also include verified email and phone. Check the entire dataset here
What happens if I want to add more seats mid-cycle?
You can add seats at any time. New seats are prorated from the date they're added. No need to wait for renewal.
What's the difference between seat-based and workspace-based pricing?
Economy and Business are priced per seat — each person on your team is one seat. GTM Unlimited is priced per workspace, which includes two seats. Additional seats on GTM Unlimited are €89 each. It's designed for agencies and GTM engineers running signals programmatically.
Which CRMs does Teamfluence integrate with natively?
HubSpot and Salesforce natively. For any other CRM, you can push data via webhooks — which means it works with Close, Pipedrive, Twenty, Attio, or any CRM that accepts a webhook payload.
