FAQs

Can I build a workflow that only fires for ICP-matched signals?

Yes. ICP match status is a filter condition in every workflow. A common setup: new signal comes in → ICP match confirmed → create contact in HubSpot → alert in Slack → fire webhook to enrichment tool.

Can a workflow automatically send a LinkedIn connection request?

Yes. You can trigger automated connection requests (and DM follow-ups when accepted) as a workflow action. You set the message template; it runs on autopilot.

What are workflow credits?

Economy and Business plans use credits when the AI qualification engine runs against a signal and for email or phone enrichment. GTM Unlimited has no credit limits — every signal gets processed without the ICP qualification and without counting against a quota.

What can workflows do?

Workflows are "if this, then that" automations. A signal comes in, meets a condition, triggers an action — send a Slack alert, create a HubSpot contact, fire a webhook to Clay, send a connection request. You set the rules; the platform executes them.

What's the difference between Basic and Advanced Workflows?

Basic Workflows (Economy) handle single-step automations with standard triggers and actions. Advanced Workflows (Business) support multi-step sequences, expanded trigger types, and more complex logic. GTM Unlimited removes workflow credit limits entirely.
