Short answer: The Trigify team joined HubSpot, and the standalone Trigify platform closed. For most customers, access ended at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026. Trigify accounts weren't migrated to HubSpot, the product isn't continuing inside HubSpot, and Trigify says HubSpot won't use your data. If you used Trigify, you need another tool for the job it did, and anything you didn't export is no longer in the product.

Did HubSpot buy Trigify?
On 23 September 2026, Trigify announced that its team is joining HubSpot. Trigify's own FAQ calls it "HubSpot's acquisition of Trigify". In the same announcement, Trigify said the standalone platform would be retired.
That's the part that matters for customers. The people went to HubSpot. The product you logged into didn't.
Everything below comes from Trigify's own announcement and FAQ, checked again on 26 October 2026. Where Trigify doesn't say something, we say that too, instead of guessing.

Is Trigify shut down?
Yes. For customers on the standard notice period, access ended at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026. Monitoring and signal collection stopped at the same time.
If your contract had a different notice period or transition arrangement, Trigify confirms your dates directly. Check the notice you received: you may still have access for a while.
Did my Trigify account move to HubSpot?
No. Trigify's FAQ says it plainly: your Trigify account will not be migrated to HubSpot.
Your tracked profiles, saved searches, lists and workflows stayed in Trigify. Nothing carried over automatically.
Is the Trigify product part of HubSpot now?
No. Trigify's FAQ answers this directly: the platform, customer accounts and service are being retired and won't continue within HubSpot. The team brings what it learned into new roles at HubSpot.
So there's nothing to log into on the HubSpot side. If HubSpot announces a signals product later, you can look at it then. It won't contain your Trigify setup either way.
What happened to my Trigify data?
Trigify says your customer data won't be used by HubSpot, and that it will be "retained or deleted in accordance with our contractual, privacy and legal obligations."
If you exported before your end date, you have what you need to rebuild. Our Trigify export checklist shows what a complete export looks like, so you can check for gaps.

I didn't export my Trigify data. What now?
Two things to try:
- Ask Trigify. The FAQ still lists hugo at trigify.io for questions about your data, and says the team supports customers through the notice period. Ask early: Trigify doesn't say how long it keeps data.
- Rebuild from what you remember and what's in your CRM. The profiles and companies you tracked, the keywords you searched, and where each lead went. Leads Trigify already pushed into HubSpot or another CRM are still there. Use them to see which sources produced the leads you cared about.
What happened to my Trigify subscription and billing?
Trigify says your subscription doesn't renew beyond your service end date. Details about final invoices, charges, credits or refunds go to each account directly.
For billing questions, Trigify points to hugo at trigify.io or a reply to the customer notice you received.
I sent Trigify leads to HubSpot. What happens to them?
Plenty of teams used Trigify to push leads into HubSpot, the CRM. Two things are worth separating:
- Leads already in your CRM live in your CRM, not in Trigify. Your HubSpot records don't depend on Trigify being open.
- New leads stopped arriving when Trigify closed. That's the part you need to replace: whatever spots the engagement and sends it to your CRM.
If HubSpot is where your team works, pick a replacement that writes into HubSpot directly, so nothing changes for your reps. (Teamfluence has a native HubSpot integration, for what it's worth. More on how that works in HubSpot LinkedIn integration.)
Do my Trigify integrations still work?
No. Trigify says integrations and API access stopped when account access ended (11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026 for standard customers).
So check anything that pulled from Trigify, like a CRM sync, Clay, Zapier or n8n. Those steps now return nothing, and a workflow that quietly gets no input looks the same as a quiet week. Switch the source, or switch the step off.
What should you do now?
Three steps, in this order:
- Collect what you have. Your export if you made one, the leads in your CRM, and a note of where each lead used to go.
- Pick a replacement by what you actually used Trigify for. Engagement on posts and profiles, keyword listening and outreach are different jobs, and different tools are good at each. We compared nine of them in Trigify alternatives for 2026.
- Point every workflow at the new source. CRM syncs, Clay tables, Slack alerts. Then compare a week of leads with what Trigify used to send.
Where Teamfluence fits
We make Teamfluence, so take this with that in mind.
If you used Trigify to see who engages with your team's posts and profiles, track specific people and companies, and send those leads to HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack or a webhook, Teamfluence covers those jobs. We rebuild your setup from your export, or from what you tell us on a call if you didn't export. Talk to sales →
One honest limit: our keyword monitoring covers posts from the profiles you track, not the whole network. If network-wide keyword listening was your main use of Trigify, look at the keyword tools in our alternatives comparison first.
