Short answer: Trigify shut down. For most customers, access ended at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026, and Trigify accounts and data didn't move to HubSpot. If your contract has a longer notice period, export now from inside Trigify. If your access already ended, email hugo at trigify.io and ask for your data, then rebuild your setup from what's in your CRM and your notes.

Is Trigify shut down?
Yes. Here's what Trigify's own FAQ says, checked again on 2 November 2026:
- For customers on the standard notice period, access ended at 11:59pm BST on 22 October 2026. If your agreement has a different notice period, Trigify confirms your own date.
- Your account wasn't migrated to HubSpot when the Trigify team joined HubSpot.
- Integrations and API access stopped when access ended. Anything that pulled from Trigify (your CRM, Clay, Zapier or n8n) went quiet the same night.
- Your customer data is "retained or deleted in accordance with our contractual, privacy and legal obligations."

Can you still export your Trigify data?
It depends on your notice period.
- Still have access? Some customers have a longer notice period. If you can still log in, export everything today, using the checklist below.
- Access ended? You can't export from the app anymore. Trigify's FAQ lists hugo at trigify.io for help getting your information. Ask early: Trigify doesn't say how long it keeps data.
What should you export from Trigify (or rebuild)?
Go through this list in order. The top items take the longest to rebuild by hand. If your access already ended, use it as a rebuild checklist instead.
- Tracked profiles and accounts. The people and companies you monitored. It's the list that's hardest to rebuild from memory.
- Keyword searches. Every word and phrase you listened for, including the exclusions that kept the noise out.
- Account and lead lists. Anything you uploaded, like target accounts or customer lists.
- Your leads and engagement history. The people Trigify already surfaced. Even if you won't reuse the signals, it's a list of warm contacts.
- Where your leads went. Which CRM, sequencer, spreadsheet or channel got new leads, and what each automation did.
- Scoring and filters. The rules that decided what counted as a good lead for you.
How do you export your Trigify data if you still have access?
Use the export options inside Trigify. Trigify's FAQ doesn't list the steps, so check each section of the app for an export or download option.
When there's no export option:
- Take screenshots. A screenshot of your keyword list or your workflow settings is enough to rebuild them.
- Copy it into a doc. Filters, scoring rules and automation steps are easy to lose. Write them down while you can still see them.
- Email Trigify. Trigify says to contact hugo at trigify.io, or reply to the customer notice you received.
Save everything in one folder, and name each file after what it contains.
If your team used Trigify's API, you can pull your search results that way too, until API access stops on your end date.
I didn't export my Trigify data. What now?
Two things to try:
- Ask Trigify. Email hugo at trigify.io and say exactly what you need: tracked profiles, keyword lists, lead history.
- Rebuild from your CRM and your notes. Leads Trigify already pushed into HubSpot, Salesforce or a spreadsheet are still there. They tell you which people, companies and keywords produced the leads you cared about. Start your new setup from those.
Then check every workflow that used Trigify as a source. A step that quietly gets no input looks the same as a quiet week.
